I've been a member at a few gyms in Keene and haven't been nearly as happy or excited to work out as I am at Option 1. This gym has literally all of the equipment I could ask for. The facility is extremely clean, the staff are friendly, and I feel safe here even in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a gym that will feel like a second home then you should come to Option 1.

Excellent facility. It's always clean, organized, and stocked with a variety of well-maintained equipment. Option 1's staff are the most pleasant and helpful crew in the area. It's a hardcover gym, with motivated members and a positive atmosphere. I can't recommend this gym enough. Expect a friendly and professional training environment enriched by an awesome and supportive community.
