Keene's Location is Hosting Their First Monadnock Health Fair!

August 28, 2019

We are so excited for this event and the ways it will help motivate our community and bless a local non-profit, Moms on a Mission, at the same time!

The event is going to be held from 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 right here at our Keene facility.

We will be hosing local vendors who have health and wellness in mind. One such vendor is Nutrishop from Fitchburg. We love when Nutrishop can be at one of our events not only because they bring amazing samples along, but they also bring their InBody scale. If you've never had the pleasure of getting on this scale, you should come just for that! This thing not only measures your body weight, it also measures your body composition; how much is water? How much is fat? How much is muscle? How much does my left arm weight? Yes, you read that correctly! You can see the composition of all parts of your body, so you will know if you are training equally! They give you this printout so you can have for yourself. Then, be sure to come by the next time the scale is here, so you can hop on again and track the progress you've made since the last time!

Other fun at this event will include door prizes, raffles, demo group fitness classes and a cycle-a-thon ($1 to ride, per class, to benefit MOMs). Stephie and Christine will be here and offering massage at $1 per minute to benefit MOMs!

We will also have Korinne here from Amethyst Reiki & Healing. She will be offering 20 minute Reiki sessions for $20!

Entry to the event is free, and guests are free all day, during staffed hours 10am to 6pm, so not to worry if you're not a member yet! Come on down! We have a special deal for you! Come see what we are all about and what we have to offer!

We hope to see you there!
