No Bake Energy Balls

1/2c Creamy Almond Butter 
1c Old Fashioned Oats (dry) 
1/2c Ground Flaxseed Meal 2Tbsp Chia Seeds 
2/3c Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1/2c Mini Chocolate Chips 
1tsp Vanilla Extract 
1/2tsp Sea Salt 
1/3c Raw Honey (local is best!)

 

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Prepare a space covered with waxed paper. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Using a 1” cookie scoop, measure out scoops of the dough, and roll in your hand to form a ball. Makes about 20 balls. Stores well in a sealed container, in the refrigerator for up to one week.
