Lawrence is a personal trainer and Group X instructor at our Keene location. He graduated from the National Personal Training Institute after a rigorous six month program in 2008. He is a former Fitness Director of the Waltham Athletic Club, and has worked with clients at all levels. He is thrilled to help you reach your fitness goals!
Judy is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at our Keene location.
She has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has competed in and judged at body building competitions and is a competition runner as well.
Judy's greatest reward is seeing her clients reach their goals.
In her free time, Judy enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
Ryan Hodgman has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017. Becoming a Personal Trainer has been extremely fulfilling. Ryan loves helping his clients achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, body shaping, weight management or strength improvement. He likes to get to know his clients, so he can figure out what motivates them to do their best, each and every session.
