Meet our Staff
Ryan Hodgman has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017. Becoming a Personal Trainer has been extremely fulfilling. Ryan loves helping his clients achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, body shaping, weight management or strength improvement. He likes to get to know his clients, so he can figure out what motivates them to do their best, each and every session.
Judy is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at our Keene location.
She has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has competed in and judged at body building competitions and is a competition runner as well.
Judy's greatest reward is seeing her clients reach their goals.
In her free time, Judy enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
Melissa began working at Option 1 Fitness January 1, 2016. She has served as our club manager from May 2016 – October 2017, October 2018 - January 2019 and returned again in January 2021. She holds a group X certification from AFAA, as well as personal trainer and health coach certifications from ACE Fitness! She is also an ACE Certified Youth Fitness Specialist and weight-loss specialist as well!
