Autumn started at our Keene Location in April of 2021, she is now the Manager of the Keene Facility. In her free time, Autumn has a passion for Fitness, Reading and loves to spend time with her family. Autumn hopes to begin programs to further her career in fitness.

JUDY BARDEN

Judy is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at our Keene location. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has competed in and judged at body building competitions and is a competition runner as well. Judy's greatest reward is seeing her clients reach their goals. In her free time, Judy enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.

RYAN HODGEMAN

Ryan Hodgman has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017. Becoming a Personal Trainer has been extremely fulfilling. Ryan loves helping his clients achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, body shaping, weight management or strength improvement. He likes to get to know his clients, so he can figure out what motivates them to do their best, each and every session. Ryan became Director of Personal Training and Group X August of 2022.
