

What does a typical O1F Bootcamp look like?
Group fitness or high interval training is a great way to workout and also be with others at the same time. Here at Option 1 Fitness Leominster, our training staff run's boot camps 3 days a week: Monday at 4 pm, Friday at 11 am, and Saturday at 9 am.
